Perform highly complex planning, developing organizing, conducting and evaluating work for the Texas Department of Agriculture’s (TDA) Food and Nutrition (F&N) Division. Conduct independent research and analysis of the division’s processes and projects to include SNP participation outreach and education projects. Work involves overall strategic analysis to assist management in ensuring optimization of division resources; identify key issues, problem solve and implement strategic goals with effective needs assessment and evaluation. Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
